The company was founded in 1977 as a sole proprietorship as W. H. Rogers Manufacturer’s Representative. Horseshoe Wood, Inc. was incorporated in 1995 as a successor to W. H. Rogers Manufacturer’s Representative continuing the relationships with manufacturers and customers that were cultivated since 1977.
We are considered as the premier manufacturer’s representative agency in the kitchen cabinet, store fixture, office and school furniture, architectural millwork, and case goods industries located in the southwest region of the United States. Collectively, the Horseshoe Wood team members have over 150 years of industry experience. Experience, commitment, communication, and follow through will continue to distinguish Horseshoe Wood as an industry institution.

Bill Rogers – Bill is the founder of Horseshoe Wood, which he started in 1977. Bill’s career in the industry started in 1961, with a leading HPL manufacturer. With Bill’s many relationships with industry manufacturers and customers, he has grown Horseshoe Wood into one of the premier independent rep agencies in the industry. George Naughton – George has been in the industry for over 3 decades. He began his career with a local Dallas/Fort Worth laminate and hardware distributor. George handles the day to day operations of the business. His territory includes Central and West Texas, as well as Northern Louisiana. George resides in the DFW area. Mike Adams – Mike has over 2 decades of industry experience. He began his career as the regional manager of a national edgebanding and adhesive supplier. Roger Petter – Roger has been in the industry for over 2 decades. Through the years, Roger has spent time in distribution sales, factory sales, and technical support roles. Glenn Walker – Glenn has been in the industry for over 3 decades. Through the years,Glenn has spent time in distribution sales, factory sales, and technical support roles.
